Fire Tower
The Stony Mountain Fire Tower is just east of the intersection of
the Water Tank Trail and Horseshoe Trail. To the northeast is Dehart
Reservoir. To the south you can see the cooling towers of Three Mile Island.
The tower was built in 1967. The platform is 82 feet 6 inches above the
ground.
